TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COLOR VARIANT COMMUNITY SERVICE
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Color Variant Community service (the “Service”) provided by MCC Software. By registering and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
- User Information
MCC Software only requests basic and necessary information for user registration. MCC Software is committed to protecting your personal information, including your passwords, full name, and email address, which will not be made public.
- Responsibility for User Content
MCC Software is not responsible for the theft of any information you post in comments or on the feed. You are solely responsible for any content you publish or share using the Service.
- Prohibited Content
Any content that is of a sexual or illegal nature in Costa Rica, where the Service is provided, is strictly prohibited. MCC Software reserves the right to delete content that violates these Terms or that is deemed necessary.
- Changes to the Service and Terms
As a developing service, the content, information, or these Terms are subject to change. MCC Software may change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. MCC Software disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability
MCC Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or these Terms, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if MCC Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understand them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
