TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COLOR VARIANT COMMUNITY SERVICE

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Color Variant Community service (the “Service”) provided by MCC Software. By registering and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

MCC Software only requests basic and necessary information for user registration. MCC Software is committed to protecting your personal information, including your passwords, full name, and email address, which will not be made public.

MCC Software is not responsible for the theft of any information you post in comments or on the feed. You are solely responsible for any content you publish or share using the Service.

Any content that is of a sexual or illegal nature in Costa Rica, where the Service is provided, is strictly prohibited. MCC Software reserves the right to delete content that violates these Terms or that is deemed necessary.
